The short version
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and contains no third party tracking of any kind. The only personal data it holds is what you choose to type into the application form. If you never send that form, we hold nothing about you at all.
Who controls the data
KEEN CORP LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, trading as ClevenAI, is the data controller.
What we collect, and only when you send the form
- your name
- the name of your company or venture
- the email address you give us to reply to
- what your operation actually does
- where you think it leaks, if you choose to answer
There are no hidden fields collecting anything else. The form does include a decoy field that is invisible to you and is only there to catch automated spam; if it is filled in, the submission is discarded.
Where it goes
A submitted application is sent to a private spreadsheet in Google Workspace and, at the same time, as a message to a private Telegram account so that it is read promptly. Both are accessible only to Cieven. Google and Telegram act as processors and hold the data on our behalf under their own terms.
Hosting logs
The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel records standard request information, which can include your IP address, the pages requested and your browser's user agent. These are operational and security logs, they are not used to profile you, and we do not combine them with anything from the form.
Why we are allowed to hold it
We process application data to respond to you and to decide whether to work together, which is both a step taken at your request before entering a contract and our legitimate interest in running the practice. We do not use it for marketing and we do not send newsletters.
How long we keep it
Applications are kept while a conversation is live and for as long as the resulting engagement or its records require. Where an application does not lead anywhere, it is deleted once it is clear nothing will follow. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.
Who else sees it
Nobody. Application data is never sold, never rented, and never shared with any other party except the processors named above, or where the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us holding it. Ask through the application form and we will act on it. If you are not satisfied with how we respond, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If this site ever starts collecting something it does not collect today, this page changes at the same time, and the date at the top changes with it.
