What this site is

This site describes a practice and the work it does. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a promise of a particular result. Descriptions of past work are given as background, not as a prediction of what your own operation would produce.

Applying

The application form is a request to be considered. Sending one does not create an engagement and puts neither side under any obligation. We may decline an application without giving a reason, and you are free to withdraw at any point before an agreement is signed.

How engagements actually work

Any work we do together is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, timing, confidentiality and ownership. Where anything in that agreement differs from these terms, that agreement wins. Fees are agreed in that document and are not published here.

What belongs to whom

The text, typography, imagery and code on this site belong to us or are used with permission, except for the underlying public domain artworks from which the imagery is derived. You are welcome to read, quote and link to this site. You may not copy the site itself, or its assets, to build something else.

Availability

We do not promise the site will always be reachable or error free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
